To accelerate the development of a high-quality employment service system and promote high-quality, full employment for graduates, the College of Mechanical Engineering hosted the "Focusing on Intelligent Manufacturing, Creating the Future" 2025 Key Employers Recruitment Event on October 28th. By collaborating with a number of high-quality enterprises in the intelligent manufacturing sector and key industries, the college is fully supporting its students in embarking on a path toward high-quality employment.
To deepen university-enterprise cooperation and promote collaborative talent development, the college also held a Centralized Symposium with Employers.
Since taking the lead in establishing Zhejiang University's strategic employment platform for key employers, the college has consistently prioritized high-quality student employment. Focusing on strategic fields, it provides abundant internship and career opportunities for students. The afternoon recruitment session attracted 32 key organizations, which brought hundreds of job openings and internships, fully meeting the diverse employment needs of the students.
At the recruitment site, participating companies prepared promotional materials for consulting students and provided detailed explanations regarding company profiles, job backgrounds, and recruitment requirements. Prospective candidates actively sought information and submitted their resumes. Through direct communication with recruiters, students gained in-depth insights into corporate hiring processes, salary and benefits, graduate training systems, and career advancement paths. This interaction not only gave them a comprehensive understanding of the companies' current situations and future prospects but also helped them form a clearer认知 (cognition/awareness) of their own career positioning.
This event is one of the key activities of the College of Mechanical Engineering's 2025 Graduate Employment Service Season.
