The Institute of Industrial Engineering aims to servethe needs of the nation,industry and enterprises.The research work focuses ondeveloping basic theory, methodology and solutions for systemdesign, analysis, optimization and implementation, including people, equipment, information, material, energy, and other resources, to deliver quality products/services in a cost-effective manner.
The Institute has16academic staff, including 7professors, 4associate professors, 2 lecturers, and 3adjunct professors.In the recentthree years, wehavereceived 2 Science and Technology Progress Awards at the provincial level, published 49 SCI-indexedand 77 EI-indexed papers, and obtained 55 patents, and established 1 national standard.We have undertaken 33 projects, including 9 national projects, 11 provincial projects, 13 enterpriseprojects. The annual research expenditure exceeds 10 million RMB.
