Dr. Liang HU obtained Ph.D. degree in 2010 from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China.He currently works as an Associate Professor now in the State Key Laboratory of Fluid Power & Mechatronic Systems, Zhejiang University.
His current research interests include flow measurement and control for semiconductor, flow instrumentation. Dr. Hu is the author of above 50 papers. Over 30 of them are SCI indexed scientific articles, some of which werepublished in IEEE/ASME Transactions on Mechatronics, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics, Physics of Fluids and Journal of Applied Physics etc. He is also the editorial board member of the SCI indexed journal <<Flow Measurement and Instrumentation>>.
