At 7:00 p.m. on Sep. 29th, 2011, the 28th graduate student congress and the 13rd doctoral student congress of the ME Department, Zhejiang University, were held in Room 306 of the 7th School Building. The vice party secretary of the department Wang Xiaoying and the league secretary Xiang Shufang attended the meeting, and the representative of the presidium of school graduate student union Xia Jianghan and the chairman of graduate and doctoral union of the Department of Energy Engineering Yang Jie came to the meeting.
More than 70 representatives including masters and Ph.D students coming from different institutes and different professions attended the meeting. The presidium member of department graduate union Zhou Xin hosted the meeting.
