20 representatives of Dep.of Mechanical Engineering went to Beijing to commit an interaction with the students of Tsinghua University under the lead of Prof. Gu Da Qiang in the afternoon of Apr 9th. The representatives were consisted of students from 3 majors. The vice chairman of Mechanical Engineering of Tsinghua University, Ji Hong Lin, and 12 students attended the meeting.
During the meeting, Prof. Gu firstly introduced the basic situation of the college, as well as information on Mechanical competition, and talent cultivation of Zhejiang University. Then Prof. Ji introduced the basic situation of that of Tsinghua University. Students also introduced themselves to each other and discussed common topics between the two universities.
After the meeting, students of Zhejiang University were shown around the Friction State-level laboratory of Tsinghua University and the Education base of Mechanical Engineering.
