The signing ceremony of scientific and technological cooperation was held at Yinfeng mountain villa between the institute of Mechanical Electronic Control Engineering and pneumatic industry association and science and technology Agency, FenghuaCity at 10 am July 24th,2009. Li We, the secretary of the department of mechanical engineering, Wang Qingfeng, director of the institute of Mechanical Electronic Control Engineering and Xu Bing and Tao Guoliang, deputy director and other leaders of the institute attended the ceremony with mayor of FengHua city Zhang Wenjie, vice mayor Zhang Hangbo, Zhang Chuanxian, the chief of Economic Development Bureau and other delegates of relative enterprises. All of the participants were more than 80.
The ceremony was hosted by the chief of Technology Division of FengHua city. During the ceremony, Shan Mojun, Wang Yuehui and Wang Qingfeng who represented Fenghua Pneumatic Industry Association, Technology Division and the institute of Mechanical Electronic Control Engineering respectively signed the three-way agreement of cooperation by production, study and research. As a part of this agreement, Tao Guoliang signed collaborative program of “the research of R & D platform for pneumatic new product” with Ningbo pneumatic machinery Co., Ltd and Guanghua Pneumatic Industrial Co., Ltd.
Technology Division of FengHua city also set ‘Fenghua Pneumatic Technology Scholarship’ in department of mechanical engineering and “Fenghua Pneumatic research base in ZhejiangUniversity”. Major of Fenghua city Zhang Wenjie awarded Certificates of technology consultant to professor Tao Guoliang and Liu Hao.
After the ceremony, Li Wei, representive of department of mechanical engineering, Zhang Wenjie ,representive of Fenghua people, addressed a warm talk about the implementation of specific cooperation projects. They both thought it was very important for the corporation between the enterprises and research institute for the fast development of pneumatic industry. They also thought the three-way agreement applied a good chance for the extent of the industrial chain and the research of the new product.
