Dr. Chen zhang-wei, born in March 1965, is a professor, supervisor of Ph. D.candidate of ZhejiangUniversity, executive member of the council of Chinese society for vibration engineering, member of national mechanical vibration and shock standardization committeevice member of vibration engineering society of Zhejiang province.

1. Measurement of vibration and noise

Based on the PXI bus technologydata acquisition and signal analyzers with Super-multi-channel is a powerful and extensible testing platform. A powerful and large-scale testing and analyzing platform can be set up through flexibly matching data acquisition card bearing different functions with signal output card.

2. Multi-channel dynamic signal analyzer

Multi-channel dynamic signal analyzer is an excellent test platform, which can meet a variety of measurement and analysis tasks on the occasion that the maximum number of simultaneous channels is less than 16. Meanwhile, functions of the data acquisition and real-time signal analysis are integrated into the system, and its built-in multi-DSPs parallel calculation architecture ensures the real-time synchronization of data collection and analysis. The corresponding software modules can be configured in terms of actual needs of testing, and its quick and simple testing sets helps testing engineers to get the testing results easily and automatically generate testing reports.

3. Vibration control

We have been committed to the research of the theory, algorithm and the application of vibration control for more than ten years. The algorithms of vibration controller include random control, sine control, classical shock control, shock response spectrum control, mix vibration control, road spectrum simulation and seismic wave simulation. Several types of vibration controllers can find applications successfully in the field of electro dynamic and servo hydraulic vibrators, synchronized/asynchronous vibration control of the multiple-vibrators, multiple-axis vibration control.

4. Road spectrum simulation

The long time history road spectrum simulation testing can be realized in the laboratory by installing vehicles on the shakers which is often called road spectrum simulation testing. The vibrating excitation of vehicles in real driving process can be exactly reproduced on the shaker in the laboratory. Road simulation testing of vehicles can help improving the rationality of vehicle design, testing the reliability of components and NVH for the occupants in the process of driving.

5. PCR Instrument

The controller based on ARM11 processor which supports Win CE 5.0/6.0 operating system has been successfully applied in real-time quantitative PCR (polymerase chain reaction) system. The real-time PCR system can realize thermal cycle for DNA replication, Multicenter Fluorescence Fast Check and Nucleic Acid Quantization intelligence analysis by using scientific technologies, such as Microelectronics, measuring technology, intelligent control technology and so on.
