招聘岗位：
1、Product Engineer（Mechanical）
Main Responsibility
1. Localizations of new designs with improved performance and optimized cost
2. Make new designs of components and subassemblies for compressors and generators
3. Evaluate cost and quality of the designs.
4. Continuous quality improvement of all current products, combined with cost reduction projects.
Requirements
1. Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration and Cryogenic or Motor, graduate in the field of Thermodynamics, compressors, cryogenics will be a plus.
2. Basic knowledge in mechanical design and willing to learn in technical area.
3. Good English both oral and writing.
4. Knowledge of MS Office, CAD tools or other design software.
5. Positive, open minded, team spirit, independent, good communication skill
2、Product Engineer（Electrical）
Main Responsibility
1. In close cooperation with the project team, contribute to the design of compressors. You will be responsible for the electrical system design, including circuit diagrams, electrical component selection, electrical wiring design and electrical cubicle design.
2. Evaluate cost and quality of the designs.
3. Release Design Notifications to introduce designs for prototyping and production
4. Safeguard correctness of designs and their specifications through CAD (3D and 2D) and part lists.
5. Design “first time right” by designing for assembly (cooperation with production), designing for manufacturing (cooperation with suppliers), designing for service (cooperation with CTS) and designing for superior performance.
6. Continuous and strong interaction with the other design centers in the Atlas Copco Group, use same and agreed design process and development tools.
Requirements
1. Master degree in Electrical Engineering, graduated in the field of Automation Control, Electric Design.
2. Basic knowledge in electrical design and willing to learn in technical area.
3. Mandarin mother tongue and good knowledge of English both oral and writing.
4. Knowledge of MS Office. Experience with Lotus Notes, CAD tools and MRP
5. Positive, open minded, team spirit, independent, good communication skill
3、Project Engineer
Main Responsibility
1. Assesse feasibility of the incoming requests, in all aspects (business opportunities,
technical, commercial, financial risks…).
2. Make basic equipment selection and translate further specific customer needs into
viable solutions.
3. Estimate costs and determine the transfer price.
4. Determine correct and feasible delivery time, through project planning.
5. Develop project charter, first as proposal file, then as contract file after order.
6. Participate in meetings with customers, inspection agencies and Systems / Customer
Centers (packaging centers) if required.
7. Report project status and red flags regularly.
8. Initiate / plan / execute/ monitor & control / close project processes.
Requirements
1. Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration and Cryogenic or Motor, graduate in the field of Thermodynamics, compressors, cryogenics will be a plus.

4、Process Engineer (Manufacturing)
Main Responsibility
1. Guide and supervise workers to follow the instructions strictly
2. Be responsible for designing the reliable, necessary tooling (assembly, transportation，test), for labor-saving and efficiency improvement
3. Be responsible for the new projects being introduced to production successfully
4. Balance the manufacturing flow with reasonable and efficient way, and focus on continuous improvement of manufacturing process
5. Organize the line and storage layout well
6. Take the lead of TQM in the production line and test cell
7. Focus on the cross training of operators, to increase the line flexibility and capacity
8. Take the lead of trouble shooting for whole manufacturing process
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree and above, major in Mechanical or Electrical related
2. Good at oral and written English, familiar with AutoCAD and Office software
3. Background of Automation or Electrical Control is an asset
4. Positive, open minded, team spirit, independent, good communication skill
5、Logistics Engineer (Manufacturing)
Main Responsibility
1. To implement the RFID technology in manufacturing process, and make sure all products on line controlled.
2. To investigate and design new manufacturing routing on logistics for cost saving and capacity increase.
3. To optimize and upgrade present warehouse management, coordinate with planning team, process team and assembly team for material feeding in workshop.
4. Evaluate logistics cost and waste in supply chain, and find a better way to control for general saving or win-win with suppliers/customers.
5. Continuous logistics improvement in supply chain, combined with Industry 4.0 concept.
Requirements
1. Master degree in Internet of Things, Automatic control, Electrical engineering and Automation, Industrial Engineering, graduate in the field of RFID, Automatic Control or Modernized Logistics, working experience or relative project experience owned will be a plus.
2. Basic knowledge in mechanical manufacturing and willing to learn in logistics area.
3. Good English both oral and writing.
4. Knowledge of MS Office, CAD tools or other design software.
5. Positive, open minded, team spirit, independent, good communication skill
