张佳帆博士,ABB集团中国研发中心机器人与自动化部主任科学家。2003年毕业于上海交通大学获得机械电子工程学士学位,于2009年在浙江大学流体传动与控制国家重点实验室获得机械电子工程博士学位。
2008年加入ABB中国机器人研发中心,负责工业机器人研发与设计平台的最佳化研究、制定工业机器人设计分析流程和测试标准,以及展开传动系统参数配置与关键零部件寿命的优化设计。同时参与产品开发,包括IRB120、IRB120T、IRB460、IRB1520ID等ABB工业机器人。
2013年1月加入ABB集团中国研发中心,主要研究领域为工业机器人产品设计与应用、关键机电零组件的分析计算与测试方法。
Dr. Jiafan Zhang is the Principal Scientistwith ABB Corporate Research. He received the B.S degree in mechanicalengineering and automation from Shanghai Jiaotong University, Shanghai, Chinain 2003 and Ph.D degree in mechanical engineering and automation from ZhejiangUniversity, Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China in 2009.
In 2009, he joined ABB China RoboticR&D Center, where he was responsible for the calculation and analysis forindustrial robots, as well as relative test technology. He is currently a PrincipalScientist with ABB Corporate Research China. His current main research interestincludes methodology in industrial robot development, drive train optimizationdimensioning, and mechatronic systems.
报告摘要:
Industrial robots play more and more importantroles in automatic manufacturing because they have proven to be more costeffective in terms of flexibility, repeatability, and with new functions offerimproved accuracy. In the past decades, many processes were achieved in thisarea, which extremely drives the development of robots.
This talk summarizes the perspective ofrobot development from industrial viewpoint. With the examples of successfulengineering cases from ABB robotics, development trends and challenges ofindustrial robots, including mechanical design, key components, controlsolution and easy-of-use, is introduced. In addition, the status of Chineselocal robot manufacturers are outlined.
