The Exchange Conference on A-class Project of the 12th ‘Challenge Cup’ Contest was held in Room 406 of Teaching Building 3 on the evening of March 27. Post doctor Liang Hu; Shufang Xiang, Secretary of the Youth League Committee were invited to the conference. Every participant was also present in the meeting which was presided by Yuanliu Chen, Temporary Deputy Secretary.
Shufang Xiang, the secretary, first introduced the former work done by the committee, and then she gave a brief specification of the following procedure for the second round competition. Yuanliu Chen, the host, made a detailed explanation about the competition time, place, pattern, etc and answered a few questions on this topic.
Next, Donghai Wang, the championship winner of the last ‘Challenge Cup’, delivered a speech on how to handle with the problems that came through this competition. Last, every group exchanged and displayed their work done so far and Liang Hu, the post doctor, made some comments. But all in all, their work was quite impressive.
