The first meeting of the 4th state key lab of fluid power transmission and control academic committee was held in ZhejiangUniversity was held in Yuquan campus, ZhejiangUniversity from Nov.28-29, 2009. The chairman of academic committee Prof. Lu Yongxiang, deputy chairman Prof. Tan Jianrong, member Prof. Wang Tianran, Prof. Wang Yuming, Prof. Wang Qingfeng, and Prof. Kong Xiangdong et al. attended the meeting. Director of division of basic research of the National Science and Technology Ministry Zhou Wenneng, director of division of science and technology of the Ministry of Education Si Mingju, vice president of Zhejiang University Prof Ni Mingjiang and vice president of science and technology institute of Zhejiang University Chen Kunsong, Xia Wenli were also invited to attend the meeting.
The first stage of the meeting was held at 14:30pm in Nov. 28. Vice president of science and technology institute of Zhejiang University Chen Kunsong chaired the opening ceremony. Director of division of basic research of the National Science and Technology Ministry Zhou Wenneng and director of division of science and technology of the Ministry of Education Si Mingju delivered an important speech about the policies and measures to state key lab.
At the meeting, the chairman Prof. Chen Ying did the 2008 annual report and 2009 work report of SKLoFP. Prof. Yang Huayong, Fu Xin et al. gave their academic reports.
After the professors’ reports, members of the academic committee fully confirmed the achievements and discussed the existed problems. At the last, Prof. Lu Yongxiang delivered an important speech about SKLoFP in science research, term establishing, education and international exchange.
The second stage of the meeting was held at 9:00am, Nov. 29. Prof. Tan Jianrong considered over the 2009 annual funds application and confirmed 13 candidates obtaining the funds support. Prof. Tan Jianrong concluded the meeting.
